PVC

Polyvinyl chloride

Most widely used material for custom profile extrusion. Rigid, flexible or dual-durometer, with full color capability. Offered in custom profiles and rod stock.

UHMW

Ultra high molecular weight PE

Built for wear. Low friction and high abrasion resistance deliver long service life on sliding and contact surfaces. No lubrication required.

Polycarbonate

Multiwall panel

High impact strength at low weight. Multiwall construction pairs two outer skins with internal ribs for rigidity and thermal insulation.

Acrylic

PMMA

Highest optical clarity of any plastic. Excellent long-term outdoor weathering, no UV coating required. Best suited where impact is not a primary concern.

Aluminum

6000 series

Structural strength beyond what plastics offer. Dimensionally stable, load-bearing and non-combustible.

Sheet & Rollstock

Extruded sheet

Flat stock supplied as sheet or roll goods. Available through distribution for fabrication and thermoforming.

Styrene and polycarbonate sheet, extruded or co-extruded to spec, then laminated, filmed, or slit to the roll you need.

Macrolux

Multiwall polycarbonate panel with a built-in UV layer on the weather side. Impact and clarity where PVC and acrylic give out.

Aluminum

Republic Extrusions

American made. 6063, 6005A and 6061 aluminum, ISO 9001:2015, when the profile has to carry the load. Two press lines: 5" 880-ton and 7" 1800-ton.

PVC / Custom Profile

Quadra Plast

Custom PVC profile out of Sainte-Thérèse, QC. 13 extrusion lines, running since 1991. Rigid, flexible, or both in one profile.

Engineering Plastics / Rod, Sheet & Tube

Gehr

Family-owned since 1932, with US production in Boothwyn, PA. Rod, sheet and tube up to 27" (700 mm) in PVC, CPVC, acetal, PEEK, Ultem, PVDF and more.

UHMW

Artek

The wear part, not the structural part. Ram extruded and machined across three facilities, one dedicated just to shipping.

Acrylic

Plastifab

Optical clarity and weathering, no UV cap needed. Extruding out of Montreal, now with a 36,000 sq ft molding plant in South Carolina.
